RED ONIONS OF TROPEA I.G.P.

Sweet red onions named after the glamorous beach town of Tropea have Protected Geographical Indication (I.G.P). They’re sweet and fragrant, preserved in vinegar in order to give a sweet-sour taste. Ideal to get the appetite going and for nice side dishes.

Ingredients: Red Onions of Tropea I.G.P 58%, vinegar, sugar, water, salt, bay leaf. Preservative: sulphur dioxide (E220.)
